Many moves growing up gave me a real appreciation for the challenges and excitement of the house hunt. Those moves also helped me develop the skills of finding and setting into a new community. As a result, I knew that I wanted to get into real estate and help others navigate the exciting process of finding the home and community they’ve always dreamed of. My appreciation of homes, knowledge of real estate values and instinct about what it takes to get a home sold have grown over the years.
As a Florida high school student I made many trips to North Carolina and always imagined living here. It became a reality when my husband was accepted to the UNC Kenan Flagler Business School in 2000. We decided to stay and make Carrboro our forever home. In the last 18+ years I have developed a deep appreciation for the area.
When I am not wearing my real estate hat, I’m a mom taking her boys to their sports, music, and scouting activities. As a result, I am a seasoned expert on local schools, sports, and cultural activities - all important concerns for folks relocating.
My volunteer passions currently include serving as neighborhood coordinator for PORCH (a local food for schools program), and as a coordinator for the Scout Troop 39 Mulch Program.
Whether you are moving across the country or just across town, I would love to help you through the real estate process.
