Eric Miller

Eric Miller brings 3 generations of real estate and business knowledge to Terra Nova Global Properties. With a father and grandfather both in the real estate profession, Eric has learned throughout his life the importance of working with each client at an individual speed while offering friendly service and a wealth of knowledge. He has seen the progression of the real estate market over the past few decades through his family’s involvement, encouraging him to stay constantly up-to-date on trends and influences of property sales and purchases.

A Strong Relationship

With 5 years of sales, marketing and public relations experience in his pocket – Eric has the experience needed to work wonders for his sellers. By knowing the advantages and disadvantages of different media markets and advertising techniques, he can ensure that your home will be promoted in the most effective and efficient means possible. For the buyer, Eric understands that everyone’s needs are different. He works with buyers according to their schedule and remains focused on their needs.

Eric’s educational background also serves as a plus. With a B.S in Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University, he uses his training to assist in answering environmental questions or concerns that his clients may have. He has a strong personal interest in and is extremely knowledgeable about land protection issues, such as conservation easements and deed restrictions, so let him use this knowledge for you!

With his professional background, family knowledge, and educational training, Eric is set and ready to help you with your real estate needs.
