Education is key. Believing that,
I continue to learn as much as I can about real estate,
investment, and life. I have earned the coveted Certified
International Property Specialist degree (CIPS) and
have earned both the Certified Residential Specialist
degree (CRS) which only 2% of the nation's REALTORS
receive, and the Graduate REALTOR Institute degree
(GRI). I also belong to the National and International
Association of REALTORS and have served on the local
board here in Chapel Hill .
I am a member of the local Chamber of Commerce
and The Chapel Hill Board of REALTORS. I serve
as a volunteer on a variety of commissions and
committees, among them Carrboro’s Downtown
Development Commission, the Chamber’s Work
Force Housing Council, and the Board of REALTORS
Affordable Housing Committee. In 2004, I received
the REALTOR of the Year Award from the The Chapel
Hill Board of REALTORS, the Village Pride Award
from WCHL Radio, the Citizen of the Year Award
from the Chamber of Commerce and the Citizenship
Award from the North Carolina Association of REALTORS
(NCAR). In past years, I received the Associate
of the Year Award from the Home Builders Association.
I believe in supporting the arts and thus you'll
find advertising for Terra Nova Global Properties
in publications like the North Carolina Symphony
and the Arts Center playbill. We sponsor local
artists and host artists’ receptions to spotlight
their exhibits at Terra Nova.
I am a Notary Public. And to serve my Spanish
speaking clients, yo hablo español también. I
have recently received my Italian citizenship,
thus holding dual citizenship.

FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY
The Terra Nova Global Properties is an innovative, international
real estate company designed to provide lifelong comprehensive
real estate services to clients around the globe. We meet the
needs of the real estate client by serving as the source for
all the information necessary to complete a real estate transaction:
property search and discovery, town regulatory ordinances and
requirements, financial and legal sources, feng shui consultations,
inspections, site and home design, and decorating services. We
work exclusively by Referral Only, assisting clients who come
to us via other clients, property listings and from our website.
Over 50 million in real estate sales. I have
assisted in concept planning and development and
the subsequent marketing of many projects and neighborhoods:
Senior citizens affordable housing apartments,
town home and condominium developments, estate
neighborhoods and single family home neighborhoods,
and in many land sales.
Terra Nova markets and sells resale properties
in Orange , Durham and Chatham counties. And, we
very much enjoy working with homebuyers to find
them the home anywhere in the world that just right
for them.
