About Terra Nova and my Business Philosophy

I believe that the greatest compliment I can receive is a referral from a client.  I work hard to receive that recognition.  As a matter of fact, 90% of my business is from referrals from satisfied clients  - with whom I cultivate lifelong relationships and friendships.  I don't spend much time searching for new clients like most REALTORS and use my time to better serve the clients that come to me as and through my existing clients. My special interests lie in finding and creating places for people to live whether finding a resale home or creating an entire new neighborhood. In developing neighborhoods, it is important to create an environment where people can enjoy life to the fullest, where energy abounds and where quality and value prevail.

As an avid photographer, I embrace the philosophy of photographer, Harry Callahan, who believes that "it is the subject that counts." His awareness of his subject, his precision, dedication and devotion have earned him the respect of the artistic community.  Callahan's values and practices can be applied to the real estate business too.
