 Kara
thrives on all aspects of the real estate business. As an owner
of Terra Nova she encourages the agents to exceed their requirements
of continuing education classes. She is constantly becoming more
educated so that she can better serve all her clients, from first-time
homebuyers to the investor needing to tackle tax-free exchanges.
After selling new construction in her first year of real estate
she obtained her license as a North Carolina General Contractor.
