"We moved to Carrboro this month from Florida and were fortunate enough to find the new development of Roberson Place, right near Carr Mill Mall. Today we walked to the UNC campus with our baby on the bike trail right next to our house! 

We love our new neighborhood and our new home!   The other people that live in Roberson Place have been extremely friendly. We've already been invited over to two families homes and have had a third person to our house for a play date with our babies. 

The houses are extremely well made and the workers have been helpful with any requests. The attention to detail in our homes is outstanding. We really enjoy having a gas fireplace, garage, and deck overlooking the neighborhood. 

We're very pleased with our new house and can't believe we were so lucky to find something so affordable in such a charming small town, with Chapel Hill so nearby. These houses are a true investment, since Carrboro is continuing to be an up and coming community.
